Clinical Director and Therapist
Sarah has a Registered Psychotherapist and has been practicing since 2018. She has worked in a variety of roles including work with at-risk children and youth, volunteer team management, tour-guiding, and as a professional artist. She is warm, intuitive and loves to help people as they journey through both mundane and extraordinary circumstances.
Sarah views most issues through a systems lens and understands the importance of advocacy, education and equipping as she works with her clients. Therapeutic models she integrates include, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Attachment-focused EMDR and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy.
She has experience in the areas of trauma, eating disorders, self-esteem, stress management, parenting, cross cultural relationships, depression, anxiety, spirituality, conflict resolution, marriage/preparation, abuse, and peer pressure. She is a member in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
She and her husband have lived in Toronto since 2006 and are navigating parenthood with three, energetic kids. They love sleep, visitors, date nights, travelling the world, hosting and outdoor adventures.
Elise Hicks

Associate Therapist
Elise is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with experience supporting adolescents, adults and couples across a range of mental health and relational concerns. Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique experiences, goals and strengths. She strives to create a safe, supportive space for clients to feel heard, understood and empowered to make meaningful change.
Elise works with adults who are experiencing relationship difficulties, anxiety, depressive symptoms, and challenges with boundaries or recurring negative behaviour patterns. She works with clients to explore underlying themes, build insight, and develop healthier ways of relating to oneself and others.
In her work with couples, Elise draws on an Emotionally Focused Therapy framework to help partners identify negative communication patterns, relational cycles and unmet needs. By fostering emotional understanding and secure connection, she supports couples in strengthening their bond and creating more fulfilling, resilient relationships.
Modalities Elise uses are Emotion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Narrative therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Therapy.
Elise has completed the following training: Emotion Focused Couples Therapy Externship (ICEEFT), Emotion Focused Individual Therapy - Trauma (PESI), Attachment and Truama (PESI) and CBT and Exposure & Response Prevention for Anxiety (PESI).
Caitriona McGlinchey

Associate Therapist
Caitriona McGlinchey is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) supporting individuals who are navigating anxiety, emotional dysregulation, relationship challenges, identity shifts, and major life transitions. She has a particular interest in supporting those who have experienced attachment disruptions, childhood trauma, and ongoing relational train. She also enjoys helping individuals navigate complex family dynamics or deepen connections within their partnerships and families by supporting greater understanding, healthier boundaries and more intentional communication without pressure to “fix” everything at once.
Caitriona’s approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical, drawing from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy and emotion-focused approaches. With clients she focuses on understanding patterns, developing emotional regulation strategies and customizing interventions that support meaningful change.
